Design partners
Design partners are a small, hand-picked group who get into Aerglo early and help shape it. This page explains what that means, what you get, and what we ask in return, so there are no surprises on either side.
What it is.
During the private pilot, we work closely with a limited number of design partners. You get early access to Aerglo before it is generally available, a direct line to the people building it, and real influence over what we build and in what order.
What you get.
- Early access to the platform during the pilot.
- Up to twelve months of Aerglo services at no cost, for selected design partners (see the limits below).
- A direct channel to the team, and a real say in the roadmap.
What we ask in return.
Being a design partner is a two-way relationship. We ask that you use Aerglo for a real workload rather than a quick look, give us honest and specific feedback including the parts that are not working, and be willing to act as a reference if the partnership goes well.
The limits, in plain terms.
- Spots are limited. Expressing interest is not a guarantee of a spot. We select design partners ourselves, and we may not have room for everyone.
- The free-services offer applies to selected design partners only, and to the pilot period. It is not a general promise to everyone on the waitlist.
- The pilot is early software. Things will change, and sometimes break. We do not offer a service-level guarantee during the pilot.
- We may change or end the program, or these terms, as the pilot evolves. If we do, we will tell the partners it affects.
- Nothing here is a payment arrangement in either direction, unless we agree to one separately in writing.
- We handle your data as described in our Privacy page.
How to take part.
Check the design partner box when you join the waitlist, and we will reach out as spots open.
