The short version: we follow Canadian privacy law, and we do not sell or share your information with anyone. We never will.

What we collect.

When you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you give us, and, if you choose to provide them, your first name, the role you select, and whether you identify as First Nation, Métis, or Inuit. That is all. We do not ask for anything we will not use.

Why we collect it.

To contact you about the pilot and the waitlist, and to understand who is interested so we can talk to you like a person instead of a number.

Who handles it.

Your information is handled by the email and list tools we use to run the waitlist, and by a service that notifies us when you sign up. It stays with us and the services that run it on our behalf. We do not sell it, rent it, or hand it to advertisers. Full stop.

Analytics and bot protection.

The site uses privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics that do not track you across the web or build a profile of you, and the waitlist form runs a bot-protection check to keep out spam. Neither tracks you across other sites. That is why we can say no trackers and mean it.

Our community spaces.

If you join our Discord or follow us on social media, anything you choose to share there is public to that space and is not covered by this policy. If you post your own email or other details in a community channel, that is your choice, and we cannot be responsible for what you share in a space we do not control.

Your data, your call.

You can ask us what we have about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Email us at hello@ihtiwin.com and we will take care of it.

Changes.

If this policy changes, we will update this page.
